Job Summary
Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK's AI Neobank app. Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic by collaborating with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers. Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale. Monitor, debug, and improve your work beyond release. This role requires strong full stack engineering experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or similar stacks, backend fundamentals, and the ability to work fast with ambiguity. Candidates must be based in Poland with strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging
- Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern stack
- Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Candidates must be based in Poland
- Strong English communication is required
