Job Summary
Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to Multiplayer initiatives (e.g., Joint & Teen accounts) and next-generation banking infrastructure within Chime's Spending, Savings & Investing org. Responsibilities include owning feature-level work end-to-end from implementation to deployment, building features across backend services and client applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in design reviews, and driving performance and reliability improvements. Requires 3+ years of production-grade software experience; backend services APIs; web (React) and mobile (React Native) experience; and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset. On-call rotation is part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building production-grade software
- Experience shipping features end-to-end (implementation, testing, deployment)
- Experience building backend services and APIs; web and mobile client integration (React, React Native)
- Familiarity with scalable systems and performance/reliability best practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
