Job Summary
Lead and contribute to the development of deployable IIM product increments by building and configuring front-end and back-end components, sizing technical tasks, ensuring software quality with end-to-end testing, and collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to shape and deliver solutions within Agile and DevOps practices. Works across MES/MSC teams, Platform and Service Desk to resolve incidents, integrate solutions, and adhere to standards and policies throughout the software delivery lifecycle while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
