Job Summary
Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across front-end and back-end stacks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-focused solutions, ensure high performance and security, and drive the full software development lifecycle from concept through deployment. Key activities include API integrations, database management, implementing security best practices, and writing clean, scalable code using JavaScript, Python, Java; front-end frameworks such as React, and back-end tech like PostgreSQL/Redshift. Emphasizes DevOps practices, cloud services, and version control (Git) within an Agile team in a fully onsite, U.S.-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States and able to demonstrate physical residency in the U.S. for at least three (3) of the past five (5) years.
- Associates degree with seven (7) or more years of technical experience OR BS with five (5) or more years of relevant technical experience OR MS and three (3) or more years of technical experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience building full-stack applications using JavaScript technologies.
- Three (3) or more years of experience developing front-end web user interfaces with React.
- Experience with designing RESTful backend microservices and developing them using Node.js.
- Experience with build tools like webpack, npm, and gulp/grunt.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development using automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Sinon, and Enzyme.
- Experience ensuring your code builds and deploys properly through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes built in Jenkins.
- Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
