Job Summary
Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures while contributing to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases. Work with systems handling sensitive, regulated healthcare data and collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity requires 4+ years of full-stack experience, authorization to work in the US, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time
- 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with strong expertise in either frontend or backend development
- Experience working with or willingness to work on AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to solving complex engineering challenges
- Experience using remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality
- Strong software engineering foundation
- Upper-intermediate English level
