Job Summary

Design, document, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Go, FastAPI, and React to bridge operations and customer delivery. Build scalable APIs and interfaces deployed in AWS environments while engaging directly with customer-facing and operations teams to automate tasking, monitoring, and delivery processes. Contribute to software engineering sprints by taking ownership of tasks across the stack and ensure application reliability through code reviews, testing, and documentation. Act as a force multiplier by applying technical insight to improve workflows across departments. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and is based in Southern California.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in full stack application development, including production deployments in AWS environments
  • Proficiency with FastAPI, Go, React or modern js/ts
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud native design patterns
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license and/or effectively navigate public transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and respond to interoffice communications
  • Ability to effectively participate in meetings
  • Ability to sit and use their hands and fingers
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Ability to talk or hear
  • Ability to perform prolonged concentration, reading comprehension, understanding and interpretation of concepts, ideas and philosophies

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with AWS CDK, Terraform, or other IaC tools
  • Exposure to real time data pipelines, messaging queues, or event-driven architecture
  • Prior experience building internal tools or operational automation platforms
  • Working knowledge of IAM policies, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and other AWS managed services
