Job Summary
Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems; drive business initiatives and translate user requirements into IT requirements; collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction; create test scenarios and test cases in integrated system tests and handle relevant test case executions; participate in System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Production and ensure systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements; maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts; develop expert-level understanding of local systems; ensure compliance with internal instructions and external regulatory requirements; able to manage and drive delivery from initial stage to final implementation; language capabilities in Chinese and English; securities application systems or algorithm trading experience advantageous; aiming to contribute to local capital markets within HSBC Qianhai Securities Limited.
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience with securities application systems or algorithm trading systems
- CSRC securities industry qualification exam
- Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
- Experience or knowledge of China securities market
- Good knowledge of SDLC
- Experience as business analyst and system analyst
- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows OS
- Basic understanding of Database knowledge
- Experience with vendor management
- Ability to manage large scale projects
- Good analytic and problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders to work according to project plan
- High self-motivation
