Growth Engineer to build data infrastructure and AI-powered workflows that transform the sales motion into a scalable machine. Responsibilities include turning unstructured real-world data into clean pipelines and actionable sales signals, building internal tools for the sales team, creating outbound automation and lead-routing tooling, applying AI/LLMs to automate research and qualification, and developing background agents that directly impact revenue; collaboration with founders, sales, and customers to identify high-impact opportunities; ship rapidly and iterate in a fast-moving startup environment. Must be an AI-native engineer who designs scalable databases and APIs, ships high-quality products at scale, and communicates effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience with AI agents, automation, or LLM-powered workflows and a customer-facing mindset is valued.
