Job Summary
As a Full Stack Engineer at Graphon, you will work on pioneering Relational Systems Models (RSM) to enhance multimodal context, search, and analytics. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building end-to-end web applications. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and backend services using Python or Node.js is essential. You will design and consume APIs and work with SQL or NoSQL databases while understanding standard software engineering tools. The position values high agency, collaboration, and a pragmatic mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building and shipping end-to-end web applications
- Experience across the stack, including frontend (React or similar) and backend services (Python, Node.js, or similar)
- Familiarity with designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and basic data modeling
- Solid understanding of standard software engineering tools and practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- High agency and ownership mindset—you take ideas from concept to production
- Pragmatic, 'right tool for the job' thinker who enjoys collaborating closely with product and design.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building developer-facing products, dashboards, or internal tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
- Experience working with data-heavy or ML-adjacent products
- Exposure to design systems, performance optimization, or frontend observability
- Prior startup experience or comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
