Job Summary
Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK's AI Neobank app. Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic. Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release. Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale. Monitor, debug, learn, and improve your work beyond release. This role is remote for candidates based in Germany with strong English communication. We prioritize engineers who have personally helped build, ship, or scale serious products and can move across layers without needing complete specs before starting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging
- Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern stack
- Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Candidates must be based in Germany
- Strong English communication is required
