Required Qualifications
- Full-stack proficiency (React/Next.js + Node.js/Django or equivalent stack)
- Python web crawler expertise (Scrapy/Playwright/Selenium, including anti-scraping countermeasures)
- Database management (MongoDB/PostgreSQL with performance tuning experience)
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline deployment (Vercel/AWS/Railway or similar)
- Fluent English for cross-border team collaboration and requirement analysis
- "Startup-ready" mindset: proactive in optimizing tech choices for MVP constraints
- Self-directed with strong time management for remote, part-time engagement
