Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend software components supporting the Holistic Health & Fitness Management System. Implement features enabling data access, analytics visualization, and user engagement workflows while integrating application components with data pipelines and AI/ML outputs. Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and specialists to ensure software aligns with Government-directed requirements, and support testing, debugging, and resolution of defects. Follow Government-approved development standards, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation and configuration management activities. Assist in preparing technical materials for Government review. This role supports the U.S. Army's H2F initiative within the Software functional team, with limited travel to Fort Eustis or headquarters as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience developing full stack applications, including frontend and backend components
- Familiarity with modern web application frameworks and services
- Experience integrating applications with data services or APIs
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams spanning software, data, and analytics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance
- Applicants who are eligible for security clearances
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting software development in analytics- or data-driven environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development or deployment models
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
- Prior experience supporting DoW or federal customers
