Job Summary
Full-Stack Developer at CapTech responsible for collaborating with team members and clients to deliver technical solutions, creating quality deliverables, leveraging internal training, implementing object-oriented design, and mentoring others. Requirements include deep experience with Microsoft Stack or Java, RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL Server and NoSQL (Azure/AWS/GCP), modern front-end tech (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular/React/Vue, Bootstrap), AI toolsets (Agentic AI, Claude Code, CodeX, OpenClaude), knowledge of AI orchestration, version control (Git), and strong communication and problem-solving skills. CapTech emphasizes a flexible, learning-driven environment with career progression, comprehensive benefits, and on-site or remote work compatibility; visa sponsorship is not available. The role is described as a Full-Time position with a Mid-Level to Senior-level track, requiring availability to work onsite at client locations or CapTech offices as requested, with remote work allowed when compatible with client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR Java
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI
- Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP
- Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap
- Experience with Agentic AI development- Developing agents and developing with agents
- Experience with a Varied AI Toolset- Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude
- Preferred experience with AI orchestration
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges
- Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
