Job Summary
Full Stack Engineer within the Professional Services area, focusing on building and maintaining chatbots on the Blip Platform (low-code) and translating customer needs into technically impactful solutions. Collaborate with conversational designers and product teams to shape chatbot solutions, and communicate with customers to gather business requirements and provide insights and impact analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with .NET C# and JavaScript (1-2 years)
- Experience with REST APIs (1-2 years)
- Client-facing experience to understand business requirements
- Experience with design patterns and SOLID principles
- Code review experience
- Proficiency with Gitflow and version control
- CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
