Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain features for a new healthcare technology platform using the .NET ecosystem, including scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend components. Translate product requirements into production-ready software while leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and technical research. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to move the application from prototype through MVP launch, ensuring clean code, robust integrations, and adherence to modern development practices. Work full-time Monday through Friday during U.S. Central Time business hours in a greenfield environment where requirements evolve rapidly.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering or full-stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with the .NET technology stack
- Experience developing modern web applications and production software
- Experience building backend services and APIs
- Full-stack development capabilities with the ability to contribute across multiple areas of an application
- Experience working with relational databases and application data
- Understanding of modern software architecture and development best practices
- Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools or AI coding agents within software development workflows
- Ability to understand and validate code rather than relying exclusively on AI-generated solutions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a greenfield environment where requirements may continue to evolve
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small technical team
- Availability to work full-time Monday–Friday during U.S. Central Time business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience deploying or maintaining cloud-based applications
- Advanced experience using AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools
- Experience building AI-enabled features or integrating AI capabilities into software products
- Previous experience building a product from prototype or MVP through production
- Experience working within a startup, greenfield, or fast-moving product development environment
- Healthcare technology experience
- Experience within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry or DME resupply workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare-related data, systems, integrations, or operational workflows
