Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Provide hands-on technical leadership across the stack (React, Spring Boot, SQL), mentor UI developers, and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, backend teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions; contribute to API development, data modeling, and secure, scalable backend services. Drive Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with project and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A preferably with Computer science background
- 0-2 years Work Requirement Hybrid
