Job Summary
Full Stack Developer/Engineer experienced with TypeScript, ReactJS, PHP, and Go, based in Latin America to support a long-term project for a non-profit organization client in New York. Responsibilities include building a global mental health platform, partnering with Product and Design to deliver features, owning the SDLC from design to delivery, and shaping frontend strategy and performance improvements. Key tech: TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, socket.io, Go, PHP (Symfony), Playwright, AWS, relational databases. Bonus points for CS/Systems Engineering degree and familiarity with Terraform and Ant Design System. Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency aligns with client’s language needs. The role emphasizes remote collaboration, ownership, and ensuring security, observability, and tech debt management across the stack.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- 3+ years with TypeScript and ReactJS
- 2+ years with Redux Toolkit and state management
- 2+ years with Socket.io integration
- 1+ years with Go
- Experience with PHP using Symfony
- Experience with Playwright
- Proficiency with AWS services
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/MS-SQL)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields (bonus)
