Job Summary
Senior full-stack developer to shape Teamtailor’s market web experience, building AI-powered features and tools to scale the business. You’ll own development of the company website, ensure fast, reliable, and evolvable code, and implement AI-driven experiences and lead-gen tools. Tech stack includes Next.js, React, Astro, vanilla JS, TypeScript, and Tailwind; responsibilities include API and MCP integrations and delivering a strong mobile UX. Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience or demonstrable exceptional skill through projects/products/achievements
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (Next.js, React) and TypeScript
- Ability to ship, measure, and iterate quickly in small teams
- Interest in AI-driven web experiences and adaptive UX
- Experience with API and MCP integrations
- Mobile UX design and implementation experience
