Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js, NestJS, and MySQL while writing clean, scalable code and optimizing database structures. Build and integrate RESTful APIs, perform unit testing and debugging, and assist in deployment and maintenance of web-based applications. Collaborate with the team during sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to communicate progress and contribute ideas for improving performance and processes. Participate in training sessions to learn the company's development platform.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Node.js and NestJS
- Experience with MySQL database design and optimization
- Working knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of database normalization and relational database design
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of full-cycle web development experience
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
