Job Summary
Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and maintain both the company’s eCommerce website and HRIS platform, delivering scalable frontend and backend solutions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications, building responsive user interfaces, creating APIs and database structures, integrating third-party services and payment gateways, enhancing performance, security, and reliability, troubleshooting across multiple systems, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs, and staying current with new technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar)
- Strong experience with back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar technologies
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, system integrations, and web services
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of cloud platforms, hosting environments, and deployment processes
- Experience working on ERP, HRIS, CRM, or business management systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
