Job Summary
Build and ship AI-powered internal tools by gathering requirements, designing full-stack applications, and deploying them to production. Integrate these solutions with enterprise systems like Jira, Confluence, and BigQuery through well-designed APIs, while managing infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services to ensure reliability. Collaborate across departments to translate stakeholder needs into user-friendly tools, maintaining strict security standards for sensitive data and AI pipelines. Own the full development lifecycle from problem identification to scaling applications that drive the company's transition to an AI-first model. Work independently in a fast-paced environment to navigate shifting priorities and deliver real value to users.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Stack Development: Solid experience building web applications end-to-end (e.g., Python/Node.js + React/Vue )
- Cloud & DevOps: Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- API Development: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs to connect systems and services
- Security Awareness: Understanding of secure coding practices, particularly around data handling
- Self-Starter Mindset: High level of independence, ownership, and a can-do attitude
- Strong Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to operate effectively when requirements, problems, and priorities are unclear or shifting - navigating a fast-moving environment and adapting quickly as things change
- Product & Solution-Oriented Mindset: Able to make decisions independently based on your own reasoning, moving things forward even without clear guidance, always focused on delivering real value to users
Desired Qualifications
