Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot, Python, ReactJS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices while integrating with databases and third-party systems. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative banking solutions. Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless application delivery. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and relational databases
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
- Experience with one or more Python frameworks
- Experience building scalable backend services and integrations
- Strong experience with JavaScript
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Strong experience with ReactJS
- Experience building modern, responsive, and reusable UI components
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and state management
- Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI technologies
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work on AI-led transformation initiatives
- Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions
- Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, or related AI ecosystems
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains
