Job Summary
Design and maintain web applications using the Microsoft .Net technology stack by writing high-quality code, participating in code reviews, and creating architectural documentation. Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, plan solutions, and liaise with team members to deliver end-to-end results. Mentor junior developers, review their code, establish quality gates, and build and deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines while applying secure coding practices and unit-testing frameworks. Lead the team's growth and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality delivery. Requires 7-9 years of experience in full-stack development with C#, ASP.Net, and React or Angular.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Experience in both front-end and back-end development using Microsoft .Net technologies
- Proficiency in C# programming language and .Net frameworks such as ASP.Net and .Net Core
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
- Knowledge of back-end technologies such as databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Computer science background is preferred
