Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft .Net technology stack, including ASP.Net, .Net Core, and Entity Framework. Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, plan solutions, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end results. Mentor junior team members by reviewing code, establishing quality gates, and building/deploying code via CI/CD pipelines while applying secure coding practices and unit-testing frameworks. Collaborate on systems of varying complexity, participate in code reviews, and create architectural documentation. Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Requires 7-9 years of experience in full-stack development with a B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech degree.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Experience in both front-end and back-end development using Microsoft .Net technologies
- Proficiency in C# programming language and .Net frameworks such as ASP.Net and .Net Core
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
- Knowledge of back-end technologies such as databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
