Job Summary
Contribute to and extend the ERP platform through integrations, services, and supporting applications by integrating with external systems and APIs. Manage data flows, imports, and system behavior while supporting and enhancing web-based applications. Apply a structured, logical approach to solving real-world integration and data challenges across backend components and desktop systems. Requires 4+ years with .NET and C#, strong SQL skills, and experience with REST APIs and unit testing. This hybrid role involves 2-3 days in-office at the Docklands location near South Wharf Marina, with a pre-employment AFP check required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience with .NET and C#
- Experience working with backend, desktop, or systems-based applications
- Strong SQL/database skills, including query writing and data analysis
- Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs
- Strong problem-solving ability and a natural curiosity for understanding how systems work
- Experience with ASP.NET / MVC / web applications
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs
- Experience with C or C++, or other low-level/system programming
- Exposure to data transformation or import processes
- Reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports or similar)
- Unit testing (e.g. xUnit)
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Experience creating or interfacing with AI agents through code
- This role has the potential for a hybrid mix of WFH and in-office (2-3 days/week) in our Docklands location across the road from the picturesque South Wharf Marina in Melbourne
