Job Summary
Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate legal, risk, and compliance tasks using Python, RAG pipelines, and NLP. Design and build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal professionals, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and iterative improvement. Partner with stakeholders to guide technical vision while delivering hands-on software development across the backend and AI stack. Ensure all solutions adhere to strong data security, governance, and compliance principles when handling sensitive client information. This contract or full-time role requires immediate availability and offers a remote schedule for a motivated engineer ready to reshape business operations with ethical AI products.
Required Qualifications
- Philippines-based Filipino citizens
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance domains
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong experience in building RAG pipelines
- Strong experience in NLP
- Strong experience in prompt engineering
- Proven track record of shipping and operating systems at scale with high reliability
