Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications for US-based healthcare clients, focusing on EMR/EHR systems, medical billing, and insurance workflows. Build responsive frontends using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, and create scalable backend services with RESTful APIs in Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, Python, or Node.js. Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, integrate third-party services, and implement secure authentication and error handling. Debug production issues, participate in Agile ceremonies, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical architecture decisions. Note: Candidates must be available for calls between 4:45 PM and 3:45 AM IST, Monday to Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience developing both frontend and backend applications
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong programming experience in one or more backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, or PHP
- Strong experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
- Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and application performance
- Strong experience with SQL databases and database design
- Experience with SQL query optimization, indexing, transactions, and database performance tuning
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling
- Experience developing responsive and cross-browser-compatible web applications
- Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
- Strong knowledge of Git and version-control practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience
- Good understanding of web application security and secure coding practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Must be available to take calls between 4:45 PM and 3:45 AM IST, Monday to Thursday only
