Full Stack Developer - Experienced Associate

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting CCaaS platforms, integrating front-end UI and back-end services via REST APIs. Analyze client needs to optimize operational efficiency, then implement software solutions and provide training for seamless integration. Configure application workloads on AWS services and monitor health using CloudWatch, raising issues when thresholds breach. Troubleshoot production issues including call quality and routing failures while collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features on schedule. Participate in sprint-level QA activities, code reviews, and architectural discussions to ensure scalable, reliable systems.
Required Qualifications
- B. Engg./ B. Tech., M. Engg./ M. Tech.
- At least 2 -5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React (or Angular/Vue)
- Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, or similar server-side language
- Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Bedrock exposure
- API design/integration: REST, JSON, GraphQL, WebSocket's
- Proficiency in software development using Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages
- Strong experience in REST API integration, authentication mechanisms, and cloud-based services
- Version control (Git)
- Strong exposure in CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or Five9
- Solid grounding in solution design and defect management practices
- Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google
- Languages & data: Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks
- Databases: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis
- Monitoring/Observability: CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog
- Version control: GitHub
- Cloud & serverless: AWS (Connect, Lambda, Lex, AWS AI Agents), Azure
- Convo AI: Amazon Lex, Google CCP, OpenAI, Kore.ai, Google Dialog flow
- CX and CCaaS platform exposure
- Experience working in SAFE Agile / Agile / Scrum development environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices
