Full Stack Developer to build the HITL reviewer interface, AgentOps dashboard, and internal AWA developer portals within the AI Centre of Excellence. Translate complex agent states and exception data into high-performance, intuitive UIs; develop real-time dashboards using metrics such as STP, HITL rates, and latency; connect AI core services to banking apps via secure APIs and LLM endpoints; implement design-system-compliant interfaces with accessibility in mind; requires 5+ years of enterprise web app experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field; visa sponsorship available. Skills include React, TypeScript, Redux/Zustand/React Query, WebSockets/SSE, REST APIs, Node.js/Python, Docker, AKS, OAuth2/OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID, and experience with Recharts or D3.js for dashboards. Nice-to-have: React Native, mobile banking integrations, cloud/web app tooling (Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Front Door, CDNs), and ML-visibility concepts for data visualization.
