Job Summary
Full Stack Developer with TS/SCI-ready DoD experience sought to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML-enabled GIS solutions for geospatial intelligence in a DoD environment. Responsibilities include applying advanced software development techniques to analyze and modify applications/databases for AI/ML models in a GIS Enterprise, developing and deploying GEospatial AI/ML solutions (imagery, FMV), transforming and visualizing GIS datasets, and communicating technical concepts. Requires strong collaboration, problem solving, and the ability to lead projects within a secure DoD program. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, 8+ years (or 12+ years for senior lifecycle leadership), and a TS/SCI with eligibility. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one language (C#, C++), REST APIs, SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms and geospatial data; desirable skills include React, NodeJS, DevOps practices, and cloud experience. Position is based in Fayetteville, NC with on-site requirements at Fort Bragg/Fayetteville and up to 10% travel Outside Continental US. Salary range: $85,800-$180,200.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related quantitative field OR 12 years of progressive experience in lifecycle for software applications
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- At least one application development language (C#, C++, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- REST API development
- Ability to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification per DoD 8570.01
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead projects
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Familiarity with geospatial datasets and GIS concepts

- DOD 8570.01 currency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) a plus

- DevOps methodology understanding
