Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of enterprise applications. Works with architects, UI/UX designers, and DevSecOps to deliver compliant, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities include front-end development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), back-end services using Java Spring Boot and Node.js, RESTful APIs, microservices, and API gateways (MuleSoft, AWS, Kong). Emphasis on accessibility (Section 508, WCAG), secure authentication/authorization, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud deployment (AWS), and integration of AI-enabled workflows. Strong collaboration with product teams, adherence to CMS, HIPAA, FISMA, and NIST standards, and experience with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira. Desires familiarity with healthcare IT, MuleSoft API gateway, Kafka/event-driven architectures, and healthcare standards like FHIR/HL7.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years of full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proven experience in agile development methodologies Scrum and Kanban and experience with Jira
Additional Requirements
- Residency requirement: able to obtain Public Trust clearance and living in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years
