Job Summary
Full Stack Developer (C#) responsible for leading design, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet project requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with product management, quality assurance, and stakeholders; mentor junior developers; ensure scalable, maintainable code, adherence to coding standards and design patterns; conduct thorough testing and debugging; stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of software development experience, with leadership of projects from concept to delivery
- Proven track record of leading software development projects
- Expertise in one or more programming languages and development frameworks
- Deep understanding of software development principles, concepts, and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor team members
