Job Summary
As a Fully on-site Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across the organization, building scalable software solutions, databases, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will work across front-end and back-end development, implement database queries and optimization, integrate applications with third-party systems and internal tools (e.g., Excel, MS SQL, MySQL), and contribute to Agile practices, UAT, and CI/CD. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure quality code, document designs and workflows, and support ongoing maintenance. Occasional travel to field locations is required, and the work is performed fully in-office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Knowledge of PHP (CodeIgniter), Python, JavaScript/jQuery, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, along with secure coding and AI-assisted development tools, are key competencies. Mastery of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and ability to translate complex software functionality into practical solutions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing event-driven full-stack applications
- Proficiency with PHP (CodeIgniter), Python (Tkinter), JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with Node.js for real-time functionality, WebSockets, and scheduled background tasks
- Experience with MS SQL and MySQL
- Knowledge of database design, administration, and performance optimization
- Experience supporting Linux and Windows server environments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, UAT, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience developing or integrating RESTful APIs and third-party systems is preferred
