Job Summary

Develop full-stack software solutions from vision to production-ready using modern frameworks like .NET, React, Java, C#, or Rust. Design, modify, and implement applications while collaborating in Agile Scrum teams to resolve complex client challenges. Ensure solutions align with current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements by working across front-end, back-end, middleware, services, and APIs. Maintain system integrity through automated testing tools and optimization of workflows. This role requires 5+ years of full-stack development experience and the ability to obtain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination. Located in Atlanta, GA, this position supports Booz Allen's mission to deliver advanced technology outcomes for national security and civil priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
  • 5+ years of experience with full-stack development using modern frameworks and languages such as .NET, React, Java, C#, or Rust
  • Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum team
  • Ability to work across both front‐end and back‐end development, including user interfaces, middleware, services, and APIs, to deliver complete solutions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with front‐end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience using AI-driven software development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code, to enhance productivity and code quality
  • Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with Postgres
  • Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Master's degree
