Job Summary
Conceive and develop full-stack features for the internal Black Net platform using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB. Deploy and manage AI coding assistants like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development workflows. Translate requirements into functional software and contribute to architectural decisions for ERP integrations and new application fields. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability while advancing team best practices. Share knowledge through learning sessions to enable colleagues on modern AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Full-Stack-Webentwicklung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in TypeScript
- Erfahrung mit einem modernen Frontend-Framework (Angular, React oder Vue)
- Know-how im Backend mit Node.js
- Erfahrung im Design von REST APIs
- Praxiserfahrung mit NoSQL- oder relationalen Datenbanken (MongoDB)
- Aktive Nutzung mit mindestens einem AI Coding Assistant (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium oder vergleichbar) im täglichen Einsatz
- Fähigkeit, AI-Tools und Entwicklungskonzepte verständlich zu erklären und an Kolleg:innen weiterzugeben
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
- Bereitschaft, Dinge selbst voranzutreiben in einem kleinen Team ohne große Support-Struktur
Desired Qualifications
- Arbeit in B2B-Umgebungen, bei der Entwicklung von Enterprise-Anwendungen oder internen Tools
- Erfahrung bei der Integration von ERP- oder HR-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Personio oder Workday)
- Erfahrung mit LLM APIs (z.B. Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineering
- Erfahrung mit AI-Frameworks
- Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Hintergrundprozessen
- Know-how rundum Docker-Containerisierung und CI/CD-Pipelines (z.B. GitHub Actions)
