Job Summary
Build scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python while integrating Claude Code to accelerate development and debugging. Design APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to power modern systems, then automate internal workflows and create AI-powered utilities that streamline business operations. Rapidly prototype new product ideas and refine them into production-ready features, partnering with leadership to identify high-leverage opportunities for intelligent systems. Stay on the cutting edge by experimenting with emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks to drive faster decision-making and execution speed within a fast-paced, high-agency engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Experience with modern frontend tools like React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar
- Strong backend experience using Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, and scalable system design
- Proficiency with Claude Code for building, debugging, and optimizing software
- A genuine obsession with AI, emerging tools, and the future of software development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving team
- Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and solve complex problems with minimal direction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models
- Familiarity with building agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or tool-calling systems
- Experience building internal platforms, analytics systems, or automation tools
- Startup or high-performance agency experience
- Experience shipping software quickly while maintaining high engineering standards
