Job Summary
Design, build, and ship new features across Blazor/MAUI client applications and C#/.NET APIs while debugging, refactoring, and enhancing existing codebases in C#, Python, and SQL. Investigate business-data issues including pricing discrepancies and EDI failures, resolve root causes, and optimize stored procedures across Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL. Maintain trading-partner EDI and vendor import pipelines, monitor client-error telemetry, and write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality before changes ship. Collaborate directly with employees across departments to reproduce problems and streamline processes with the IT/IS Director.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience
- Focus on C#/.NET
- Focus on relational databases
- Proficiency in C#/.NET
- Working proficiency in Python
- Experience building web application interfaces with a component framework
- Strong SQL skills across Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
- Ability to write and optimize stored procedures
- A habit of writing automated tests
- Working within an established, version-controlled (Git) codebase
- Ability to read existing code and written documentation as the source of truth
- Ability to handle multiple priorities on short notice
- Strong attention to detail

- Must use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public using the telephone and personal contact

- Experience with Blazor/Razor
- React or Angular experience
- .NET MAUI or Blazor Hybrid application development
- Python data-pipeline or workflow orchestration (e.g., Apache Airflow)

- EDI / X12 document exchange (e.g., 810, 850, 867, 875)
- Experience in grocery, retail, distribution, or ERP systems
- Microsoft Dynamics GP experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage)
