Job Summary
Conduct peer reviews on projects, share feedback with Practice Leads, and monitor incorporation of recommendations. Lead detailed module-specific exploration sessions, support strategy activities including recruitment drives, and coach consultants to transform them into a talented pool. Architect and implement solutions across customers, interpret requirements to identify fit/gaps, and provide estimations and presentations for both pre-sales and implementation teams. Complete assignments within budget while meeting project deadlines and maintaining sensible commitments to clients. This Full Stack Architect role leverages 10+ years of experience with Angular, React, and Java to drive R&D and best practices adhering to security guidelines. The team supports Fortune 500 clients including SAP Labs, Bosch, and Rolls-Royce through remote work, offering access to courses created by Vertical Heads and Senior Architects.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across multiple tools and systems Angular, React, Java etc.
- Ability to do R&D, explore and try new solutions that fit the requirement.
- Should be able to architect and implement the solutions across the customers.
- Understand common processes such as build, deployment, and tools like Jenkins, github etc.
- Ability to define best practices adhering to the security guidelines for the development teams to follow
- At least four full life-cycle implementation projects (from Discovery through Go-Live)
- Understand integration between modules.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify fit/gap as well as technical solutions for gaps.
