Job Summary
Design and develop complex microservices-based systems using Spring, Spring Boot, React, and Angular while applying TDD and test-first practices. Architect scalable solutions focusing on performance, reliability, and the integration of Oracle and MongoDB databases. Guide code reviews, optimize high-performance environments, and mentor junior developers to foster continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, balancing technical depth with business priorities. Lead systems analysis and programming activities to establish revised application systems.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Strong-level proficiency in React.js: Demonstrated experience building complex, dynamic, and performant user interfaces
- Deep understanding of React ecosystem, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and component lifecycle
- Strong proficiency in Node.js: Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot: Proven experience in building enterprise-grade back-end applications and services
- Proven experience in designing and building complex dynamic rendering frameworks/systems
- Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), client-side rendering (CSR), and hydration techniques
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and best practices
- Proficient in Hibernate, JPA and working with both relational (Oracle) and NoSQL(MongoDB) databases
- Experience with Redis or equivalent for caching and performance optimization
- Proven experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Sift-Left testing strategies
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, REST Assured, Cucumber or Selenium
- String understanding of application performance, monitoring and optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex development tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to API Gateways, Service Discovery and Distributed Tracing
- Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, either on-premise or public cloud (i.e., Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps Practices and containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Experience with code quality tools (e.g. SonarQube, Checkmarks)
- Understanding of security best practices for backend development (OAUth2, JWT, Spring Security)
- Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
- String communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
