Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain production-quality React and TypeScript user interfaces while building backend services using Node.js and/or Python. Develop and integrate REST APIs and real-time communication systems, design data models with PostgreSQL and Redis, and optimize workflow performance through queue management and error handling. Implement monitoring, debugging, logging, and observability best practices to improve application reliability and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features and participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Requires 10+ years of experience; US Citizens and Green Card Holders only; on-site in San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizens and Green Card Holders
- 10+ Years experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments
- Strong full-stack development experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Experience building and maintaining user-facing applications serving production traffic
- Practical experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, PostgreSQL, Redis, and monitoring tools
- Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and reliability challenges
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building interactive applications such as editors, workflow builders, graph-based tools, canvas applications, or other complex user interfaces
- Experience integrating long-running services, asynchronous workflows, or generation-based systems
- Strong understanding of latency optimization, retries, queue management, and failure recovery
