Job Summary
Design and ship full-stack AI applications for Micron's Autonomous Operations, managing end-to-end data pipelines, model training, and production APIs. Build responsive front-ends in React or Angular backed by Python/FastAPI, integrating LLMs and agentic workflows into fab engineer tools. Containerize services with Docker and deploy via Kubernetes/OpenShift using CI/CD, while instrumenting production AI with monitoring and drift detection. Apply responsible AI practices including prompt-injection defense and model risk logging, optimizing performance through caching and GPU utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent industry experience accepted
- 2+ years building and shipping production web or AI applications end to end
- Python skills and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- SQL fluency
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and with Docker + Kubernetes; CI/CD pipeline ownership
- Working knowledge of LLMs and the GenAI stack: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, RAG, agentic patterns; familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps and model evaluation/safety practices
