Job Summary
Line Cook position at Mission Yogurt/TAPS Fish House inside John Wayne Airport. Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items per recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting efficient kitchen operations. Must be able to work on your feet for extended shifts, pass a background check, and work well in teams. Prior experience in line cook/BOH roles and ability to set up food stations as directed by leadership. Strong emphasis on food quality, safety, teamwork, and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of restaurant cooking experience.
