Assistant Store Manager to support Store Manager in leading retail team and driving daily operations. A hands-on leader who can step in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals. Requires experience in retail leadership, the ability to drive KPIs and results, strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team, adept organizational and problem-solving abilities, and comfort with POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools. Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
