Serve as Manager on Duty for the store when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. Consistently deliver positive sales performance, practice impeccable customer service skills, and exemplify the Clarks Brand. Organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures while up-selling customers on multiple pairs and accessories. Follow all loss prevention and shrinkage policies to create a comfortable environment for colleagues. Requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
