Job Summary
Manage the store as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. Organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Consistently deliver positive sales performance by practicing impeccable customer service, up-selling multiple pairs and accessories, and assisting in training employees on policies and procedures. Uphold all loss prevention and shrinkage policies while exemplifying the Clarks Brand to create a comfortable environment for colleagues. Requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Hourly rate ranges from $18.80 to $21.30.
Required Qualifications
- Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance
- Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product
- Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures
- Practice impeccable customer service skills
- Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories
