Job Summary
Join Clarks as a Part Time Team Lead, where you will serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include delivering positive sales performance, organizing store merchandise, overseeing shipment receipt, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will assist in training employees, practice excellent customer service, upsell products, and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies. Ideal candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills and prior retail experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
