Job Summary
Culinary Associate positions in a senior-living dining program, serving residents with meals and beverages, coordinating with the Culinary Director to ensure dishes reach the table smoothly. Responsibilities include presenting the daily menu, engaging with residents in a friendly manner, maintaining cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen and dining room, communicating special requests clearly to the kitchen, and resetting the dining area after service. Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred, with emphasis on being friendly, approachable, positive during busy periods, patient with resident requests, and proactive in keeping the dining environment tidy and safe.
