Full/Part Time Center Associate

Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries while operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. Takes ownership of shipping needs by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, offering viable solutions, and advising customers on product and service options. Continuously practices good listening skills, maintains a clean and safe working environment, and teaches others on equipment use. Becomes a Notary Public and Live Scan Operator with employer-paid certification. Requires high school diploma, strong computer skills, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a friendly demeanor.
