Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients get well. Train patients and caregivers on skills promoting independence, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires a valid Physical Therapy license, a Master's degree (or equivalent experience), and reporting to the Director of Rehab. Full-time positions include medical, dental, and vision plans, while part-time roles receive dental and vision coverage. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
