Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients get well. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence, while collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care. This role supports older adults in skilled nursing and assisted living, as well as children in home and school settings. Full-time positions include a $20,000 retention bonus and up to $60/hour; new grads may qualify for a $50K incentive. Requires a valid PT license and a Master's degree (or equivalent experience). Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
